Training

We train on Tuesday evenings at Clifton College Sports Ground at7.30pm-9pm. 

Our lead coach is Kathryn Oldfield.  Kat brings great enthusiam and focus to our training.  She runs varied sessions that allow you to build and progress your netball skills, focussing on a particular element of the game each session.   In a typical session, Kat will take all attendees through some general fitness, before focusing on multi-stage drills to develop a skill and an opportunity to put these skills into practice using structured match play.   We also hold some sessions focussed on netball specific fitness, and hold a Tri-tournament throughout the season to ensure some competitive match play between the three teams.
